Und die Leute, die nicht kommen, schreiben E-Mails und Karten (und nicht nur einen Satz). Ich wusste gar nicht, dass ich soooo tolle Kinder habe 😉 :
- „It cannot believe time has passed so quickly. It seems like yesterday you arrived.“
- „You have smart and wonderful children, keep up the great training, for they are a blessing and a privilege to bring up.“ / „I so enjoyed your boys. Both of them have such a special love in their hearts. Peace, love, and many joys raising those boys.“ / „Theo will be greatly missed at Alexander Hamilton School and we would like to wish him all the best for his future. It was a true pleasure having Theo in Class.“ Solche Sätze schreiben tatsächlich diverse Lehrerinnen der Kids – würde keine deutsche Lehrkraft tun, oder?) Theos Lehrerinnen schenken uns sogar noch eine Stars and Stripes-Porzellanschüssel. Wir werden sie in Ehren halten!
- „We will be very sad to see you go.“
- „We wish you all a great journey back home with new adventures and many blessings to follow each one of you always! Goodspeed to all!“
- „See you later, hasta luego, bye-bye …“
